It is recommended to avoid travel to the four Serb majority municipalities in northern Kosovo (Zubin Potok, Leposaviq, Northern Mitrovica and Zvecan) and stay away from any rally as long as current tensions continue. Local phone networks in these northern municipalities are not accessable in Rourming, and embassy opportunities to react in case of difficulties may be limited there.
Land crossings with Serbia remain open at Jarinje (Leposaviqi municipality) and Brnjak (the municipality of Zubin Potok), but are strongly advised to favour the main Merdarje border crossing (Podujevo municipality).
