Social Democrat Party Chief Party member Azdren Shala has declared that Prime Minister Albin Kurti “has given Kosovo's north through mistakes in dialogue with Serbia”, until he has said reports with international partners have also been jeopardised.
He has declared in KTV's interactive Thursday that implementation of the Association has yet to begin without his signature, through holding elections in the north and swearing by mayors.
