Serbian Defence Minister Milos Vuchevic arrived at the Raska garrison, near the Kosovo border, where a part of Serbia's military is located. The defence ministry of this country announced that Vuchev will discuss the current security situation with senior officers of Serbia's Armed Forces.

At the order of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, the Serbian Army is at the highest level of combat readiness since May 26th.

Vuciq made that decision after increasing tensions in northern Kosovo.
