He said that at the meeting he had with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, such a plan has not been discussed on the part of Kosovo institutions.
At my meeting in Pristina on Monday with Prime Minister Kurti, he did not mention any plans for access to municipal buildings. As a friend of Kosovo I have been completely surprised and must end this provocation immediately”.
Murphy said that for this controversial “development” there was also a call with Special State Department Adviser Derek Chollet.
