He wrote in a Facebook post that the migration of Kosovars is not without reason, but according to him, it is migration “of the loss of hope and of the affordable living costs”.
For normalizing: migration, protection of corrupt officials, economic crises, nepotism, hypocrisy, etc., continue to manipulate, without shame. Migrating for the last two years in Kosovo is not a crime. It's a migration of loss of hope, it's a migration of affordable living costs”, he wrote.
Rukiqi has said that citizens who have fled Kosovo for two years have not seen any educational programme, no good health service, and no employment programme.
These citizens who are migrating, for two years, have not seen any developmental projects in their settlements and neighborhoods, no better health service, no educational program that enables you to work. They've only seen rising prices and empty rhetoric”, Rukiqi wrote.
