Reviewing the indictment against three nurses who attacked the elderly in Pec requires revision

All three nurses based on the prosecution's announcement that was issued Thursday are charged only with criminal activity “attack”. “The KRC calls on the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec and the Constitutional Court in Pec to review this indictment and to recompense criminal work because the violence used against the elderly has been done in the institution licensed by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, and persons who have exercised violence against the elderly have been employed in that institution”, it says in the QRCT statement.
