As Kossev writes, the US representative of KFOR has said masked persons “are moving suspiciously”.
In this case, Igor Simir, deputy chairman of the Serbian List, reportedly said that “should cover their faces so that tomorrow the police won't molest and arrest them”.
The Express newspaper has learned that masked persons are equipped with Molotov cocktails and are allegedly standing in a position to throw them into the Zvecan municipality's facility.
