Rasp: Shouldn't be allowed to have Vuciki's party hands in the Association statute

Speaking of the draft proposal of the Management Team, Rasic said they would have to comply with the Kosovo Constitution to decide in which areas they can co-operate.

He says the Association statute should not allow Vuciqi's party in Kosovo to have hands.

This statute ensures that the regime's structures are not mixed, in this case the progressive party in Belgrade, in the election process in Kosovo. One of the most sensitive pillars in a process of agreement is the fact that which agreement needs to be based on the Constitution and the laws of Kosovo. I would have made a whole proposal based on Kosovo's laws and constitution. According to me, the management group should be a technical group, which, in accordance with the constitution and the laws of Kosovo, determines where those spheres are that it can co-operate with. But I haven't seen this happen since”, Rasic said in Tv1.

Rassic even estimated that Brussels, including earlier chief negotiators, is to blame in this regard.

Rassic has said that if he were to ask Prime Minister Kurti to lead with a group to draft the Association statute, he would talk to him about it.

Yet, Rashi says that he would not willingly lead such a group.

We haven't talked about this yet. If the prime minister asks, I'll talk to the prime minister. When the statute was sent, whatever it is, of course the next reaction is to prepare another statute. I told him myself we'd be innovative and we'd have new proposals. And the new proposals are normal that lock directly or indirectly with me. Therefore I do not deny as you have said, but as the popular word says, not willingly. I will probably talk to the prime minister about this”, Rassic said.

As for the news-vision presented by the Kosovo government, Rassic said it is a good basis.

“Skeleton is important for design, and what I've seen, for one time I said it was good as a good base”, the Serbian minister declared at the debate angle in Tv 1.

According to him, the prime minister has not missed the management team's dismissal as he adds Kurt's move is to buy time.
