Already Recep Tayip Erdoğan won for the third time Turkey's direction after running in the second presidential round for the first time in history, in front of Kemal Kılıdaroğlu.

Erdoğan, the presidential candidate of the People's Alliance, won the election, receiving 52 %s of the vote. More than 98 % of the vote has been counted so far, while supporters of the Turkish leader have started the holiday.

The ballot boxes opened at 8: 00 a.m. and closed at 5: 00 a.m., and then the counting process began immediately.
