Rama: At the end of the year, we are expected to take 30 new buses, 6 of them electric

Pristina Mayor Progress Rama has indicated that by the end of the year, 30 new buses are expected to be added to the capital, six of them according to him will be electric. “We are consuming the new strategy, signed the contract for 10m euros with the IBRD, with the European Development Bank, [...]

Rama, said also, is under discussion for 50 electrical nationals, which are smaller in size than classical buses.
They will serve to enter areas where large buses cannot enter.
“I hope by the end of this year, because I BRD is doing the procurement. We need additional buses not only, but we also have vanbuses to get into areas where outbous of present size cannot enter. We're under discussion for 50 electric vanbull”, he said.
He also spoke of intense traffic in Pristina, saying that one of the reasons is the capital's overcrowding and lack of roads in relation to city development.
