RTK newspapers report that KFOR and Kosovo Police forces have been seen en route to Zubin Potok's municipality.
KFOR has also blocked roads leading to Zubin Potok's municipality target.
Enhanced forces of the Kosovo Police are also seen on their way to Leposaviq.
Zubin Potok Mayor Izmir Zeqiri confirmed for RTK will go to a meeting with the US Embassy, Jeff Havenier.
Because of the meeting with Houvenier, Zeqiri said they failed to make it to 8:00 today in the municipality to exercise office.
Even Zvecan's chairman, Ilr Peci, has confirmed for RTK is headed to a meeting with the ambassador of America to Kosovo.
After the meeting he said he'd be back in the municipality.
