Former Kosovo Parliament President Veton Berisha says the Constitutional Court's decision regarding his complaint of voting orchestration from the Serbian List will have consequences in the future.
Berisha in an interview for Indox, has said the Serbian List in the upcoming elections will have 17 deputies, which according to Berisha this is the largest “risk of” Constitutional Court decision.
Berisha had complained in the Constitutional, claiming that the Serbian List has forced Serbian citizens to vote for Romani Initiative's canid, to make an MP from that party, and to check afterwards.
However, the Constitutional Court has not ruled in favour of Berisha's complaint, arguing that the vote is free.
