Police: We're assisting the heads of northern municipalities to exercise their right to work

Through a report to the media, police have said they are taking police measures aimed at preventing all criminal activities being presented in the country.

Kosovo Police “ (PK), according to legal and constitutional authorisations, is taking its police action in providing security, maintaining public order and security, as well as undertaking police measures aimed at preventing all criminal activities that are presented in the country. Under the official post, Kosovo police today are assisting the mayors of the northern municipalities Zvecan, Leposaviq and Zubin Potok, to exercise their right at work, at the official sites of the relevant” municipalities, the report said.

By contrast, in Zubin Potok, Zvecan's Leposaviq, a small group of citizens has been gathered at approximately 12: 00 p.m. According to Serbian-language media, the reason for their collection is not yet known.

There's also been alarms there before. According to Kossev, this is also why citizens have begun gathering in the centres of these municipalities.

Civic Initiative representative Milija Bisevac for Zubin Potok has told Kossev that sirens have been heard and that even he is with citizens in the centre, where the police station and the municipality building are located.
