Mustafa says there are many roads, variants and alternatives between normalisation and defrosting.
While speaking of his statement, Mustafa also mentioned the draft status surrender in Brussels, which according to him is not the basis for normalisation.
It's an undiplomatic statement. There are many roads, variants and alternatives between normalization and conversion. The statute handed down in Brussels is not a basis for normalisation. It is a pamphlet that makes no connection to the 2013 agreement and to the 2015 principles document”, Mustafa said.
According to Mustafa, this draft-status finds no basis at the 10th point of the Ohrid Agreement, and for that it has a reason.
“In the title, this draft document finds no basis at point 10 of the Ohrid Agreement, because there is no agreement reached so far for the establishment of the Serbian Community of Communities, but for the association of Serb majority municipalities, in line with the preliminary assessment by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo”, Mustafa told Blic newspaper.
Remember, the European Union's envoy for Kosovo- Serbia has been declared after the meeting held with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
In a statement to the media, he has indicated that they want normalisation, not confrontation.
We should only have normalisation or confrontation and have normalisation. We want to focus on normalisation, some transition or confrontation must be avoided, he said.
