NGOs demand dismissal of all O members EPS, not just Kimete Gashi

Civil Society Organizations ( Downplayed NGOs have reacted against the government's decision of the Republic of Kosovo that only member of the Procuratory Organisation Board (now O The chairman of the Research Panel in the insulin case, Kimete Gashi, respectively, is nominated for the Parliament's dismissal, praising it as the selective decision, of [...]
NGOs suggest to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo that the vote in the procurement review is built according to principle “a member, a vote”, regardless of the member's role in the panels, such as speaker, referencer or member.
In the spirit of the Law on Public Procurement in Kosovo and the OSEP Jobs, the vote of members of the review panels is equal and should be done according to the member's free conviction in relation to evidence and arguments of the conflicted issue. In this direction, the government's current decision that OSEP member Kimete Gashi, to propose the dismissal decision, with the argument that she has led the review panel, which through a decision has enabled import of insulin without authorisation-marketing, is discriminating and selective, as well as violates the Constitutional principles of the Republic of Kosovo, such as it is the equality before law and non-discrimption.
According to these NGOs, Kimete Gashi's role, according to the procedure, as speaker of the review panels, in the case of the tender review for insulin, is administrative, based on the OSP regulation. In particular, the consequences of decisions made by the panels led by it cannot be met with only that, given that decision-making in these discussions is college. Consequently, all members of the review panels, which have voted the same as Kimete Gashi, should be nominated for dismissal, and institutional accountability should be sought against the same and not amnistered.
Therefore, underestimated NGOs require the Government of the Republic of Kosovo not to apply selective access to OSP members, to complete or change the decision on the dismissal proposal, as well as with other OSEP members who through their vote have enabled insulin to be imported to Kosovo without authorisation.
