Nedeljkovic: Four arrested will be released, by 1500 o'clock, the withdrawal of Kosovo Police

As reports by Serbian media in Kosovo '%sev, the four Serbs, who were arrested yesterday after the violence that occurred in front of the Zvecan municipality building, will be released. At the same time, by 1500 p.m., the withdrawal of Kosovo Police Special Units from the municipality building has confirmed Dragan Nedeljkovic, member of the Zvecan municipality's Acting Organisation. He emphasises that this is the result of last night's negotiations with KFOR commander, who, he says, has given these guarantees but still has no information on whether this has been fulfilled.

Several citizens and about 25 KFOR members were injured yesterday in clashes that occurred in the late afternoon hours in front of the Zvecan municipality building.

Kosovo police last night have presented a long list of what protesters are blaming. It accused them of “adopting the situation”, attacking the police and KFOR, writing provocative Serbian and Russian symbols on police vehicles and KFOR, damaging tires and vehicles in general, while a car burned, as well as releasing alarms.

Kosovo police in last night have confirmed that five people have been arrested in connection with the attack on KFOR and the police themselves.

Dragan Nedeljkovic has said today that four people have been arrested.

He emphasises that last night there have been negotiations between representatives of the Serbian List and KFOR commander, who, according to Nedeljkovic, has come back to Zvecan and, according to him, has confirmed that these persons will be released.
