Former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa said that the single management of municipalities is entirely different, meaning that Serbs have asymmetric rights compared to other communities.

As for the LDK, Mustafa said she has kept a consensus on dialogue. He said we can't bring any agreements forward without our strategic partner, the US.
