He notes that after the Ohrid Agreement, foreign factors calmed down slightly and returned to the old phase of consultations.
“Now we may have to undertake a diplomatic offensive, to come up with a kind of counterproposal, or any more acceptable proposal for association”, Maliqi said, stressing that everything will be okay, but it is a positive scenario.
