Major Kosovo Police Action with Europol Interpol shuts down 15 locals of live music and 17 massage centres

Kosovo police, the Directorate for Human Trafficking Investigation, respectively, have been part of implementing the operation “Operation Chain”, held simultaneously in 47 countries around the world.
Police in co-operation with market inspectors from MINT, ATK and labour inspectors have reportedly taken several actions, which have resulted in 14 arrested in suspicion of trafficking with people, closing massage centres, music and massage centres.
The actions that have taken these institutions are:
Road operations, squares and shopping malls for identifying children in road situations;

The inspection/control of the Massage Centers
Added controls at all border crossings
And the results of these actions, according to police, are:
Identification of 3 trafficking victims and 11 alleged trafficking victims, which are refer to services and procedures treatment:
The arrest of 14 people suspected of trafficking and other works connected with Trafficking in people,
The reference to 6 cases of illegal gun maintenance stations, damage to official seals and The illegal opening of closed bars,
The inspection/control of 55 different clubs of Live Music, in which 377 workers are legitimized, by it Which 275 female, 188 foreign citizens. From controlled bars, 15 were closed by The relevant institution for administrative violations,
An inspection of 51 Massage Centres, in which a total of 153 workers have been legitimized 129 female and 33 foreign citizens. Of these Massage Centers, 17 are closed from the relevant institution for administrative violations.
According to the announcement, Kosovo police will also continue in the future to be part of international co-operation and operations, as well as those organised at the country level, “after the fight against human trafficking is an international and local challenge, which must be fought in international co-operation and co-ordination and with local and civic institutions”.
