Following the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina, for a month-long detention measure for the two arrested in this municipality, Radio Free Europe journalists have learned that citizens of public institutions are obliged to protest from tonight at different times.
The two arrested, allegedly part of the clashes between Serb protesters and KFOR members in that municipality, 29 May.
The Serbian list has identified the two detainees as Rados Petrovic and Dusan Obrenovic.
According to the prosecution, they are suspected to have committed criminal acts “reunification for activities against constitutional activity, with the aim of attacking the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo, “endangering persons in international protection” and “attacks on the official person”.
The Serbian list has considered the detention decision illegal and two persons as innocent.
