Lawyer from Belgrade: No Serb stepped down from institutions in northern Kosovo

Borovovic, in an interview for media in Serbia, says that all Serbs in these institutions have been employed.

All Serbian institutions in northern Kosovo have been cleared. We had the institutions of justice, courts, police, Gazivoda/Uyman, all of them. Albanians could not do that by force. Everything knows. They could not push Albanians away by force. It was the Brussels agreement, so they expelled Aleksandar Vuciqi and Ivica Dacic from those Serbian institutions, and then they all handed them over to Albanian institutions. All right, and if a person who could have understanding at that moment meant okay, there will be no war, there will be peace, and that all Serbs in these institutions are employed”, he added.

He relates the moment he received a course to protect a Serb who claimed to have been attacked by Albanians, but according to the lawyer this case did not happen.

I recently took a course, to protect a person, where in euphoria to show how the Constitution functions and in Kosovo, here they have arrested him and accused him of attacking Serbia's constitutional order for the reason that, if, by all means, he has distributed tracts and supported some Albanians who told Serbs, "Exort in Serbia if you don't want to enter the Kosovo institutions," the Serbian lawyer relates.

There is no evidence. There is only one evidence that people with hats have beaten him at a cafe in Kosovo. He also goes on to say that this Serb man, having appeared at Raska Hospital, has been imprisoned and is now found without any medical help.

Our “people from here, fully aware that he is in the hospital have been arrested, brought here to prison without giving him the right to recovery, no matter what doctors have been against being deported from the hospital, because he has not dared to leave the hospital bed”, he says.

Now it's in the prison room, without any medical help, the investigation has begun, there are no witnesses, it's assigned the detention measure to witness security, because they can't provide witnesses because they have no authorization in Kosovo”, Borovic continues.

The lawyer adds that only one witness has arrived who said that “maybe this is correct”.

There's only one witness who said, maybe that's right, I don't know, and that there are other people on the run, the normal ones aren't available, so why my client has yet to wait in prison, so they can capture others in other territory, in which our police have no jurisdiction. And he was against everything he reported on his pathetic”, the lawyer adds.

When I told him your ID, he'd issued Kosovo's ID. I've told him that this is the same principle when the Serbian List is supported that enters the Government of Kosovo and swears in the Constitution of Kosovo, and that's when they swear in that constitution, they can become the target of the same persecution because they have violated our country's constitution”, he relates.

In the end, Borovic asks who had to answer why the Brussels Agreement was signed.

“Who had to answer why the Brussels Agreement was signed? Under the first deal, even this second for the same criminal offence? It means all of this is a farce, they find some poor, example of the person I've mentioned, and I didn't plan it, but it just came out in conversation, it has four kids, it drives trucks, and it definitely needs to have contact with people in Kosovo, so even with Albanians”, adds further Borovic.

But there is no tract, nor does there exist anything like it, nor does it have any motive for him to deal with politics, and tells Serbs to go to Serbia if you don't want to enter the” institutions, he concludes.
