He called for attention to normalisation of reports and to avoid escalation.
It was important for me to visit Kosovo's north again and talk to various representatives in order to get my direct impression of the current situation. What I heard bothered me. We must avoid any possibility of escalation and full focus on normalisation”, he wrote on Twitter.
During his visit, the European emissary met with Mitrovica Chairman Bedri Hamza, as well as representatives from the Serbian List among others.
It was important for me to again visit the land of Kosovo and talk to different interlocutors in order to get my own firm pressure of the current situation. What I heard left me worried. We need to use any position of authority and really focus on normalization. Pic.twitter. com/2ope OAKsgc
