According to him, Albanian mayors of four northern municipalities are legitimate.
“Extremists and militia have special names. They are not the people. The Serbian community must be relieved of them. We've identified most of them yesterday and today. There can be no individuals or groups on the law of more powerful than the state”, he wrote among other things.
