Kurti: Our obsession is that the agreement is fully and unconditionally implemented

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that the meeting he held today with EU minister for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak has been the continuation of the meeting held in Brussels on 2 May. Kurti has said it must fully implement agreements and unconditionally.
Our “Insistance is to implement what is agreed on. So full, punctual application of each article, without delay and unconditionally. We know the other side has made statements that it does not accept the agreement in content, but only in the concept and that its implementation has limitations. For us this is unacceptable and it was important today to confirm with emissar Lajcak that the agreement is 11-nineth from February 27th in Brussels and the 12 points of application in Ohrid”, Kurti said, after taking part in the Conference on Information Integrity, organised by the National Democratic Institute (NDI), supported by USAID in Kosovo, DISICON.
Kurti has said he is interested in co-operating to write together “a vision for the Serb community in Kosovo as far as the level of self-advanced as the 7th article of the deal agreed on” is concerned.
“Not bypassing Article 10. This is our goal in parallel with what should have full implementation and as soon as possible. In the next week, I believe we can have a meeting between chief negotiators”, Kurti said. Kosovo is on track for normalisation, full normalisation, which is achieved precisely with mutual recognition at the centre. And with the basic agreement we have made, we have a de facto” recognition.
