The criminal acts that Nagip Krasniqi was charged with allegedly using the official task for benefit to himself or anyone else. The prosecution-based doubt is the existence of contract with the Swiss Company to repair the furnace for the A5 block. This contract has been cut by 20.03.23 by Nagip Krasniqi himself. No payment was made. The prosecution is aware of this detail. No one has benefited. KEK has followed nothing.
