Peter Shala, former Kosovo Liberation Army member, has submitted the preliminary file for the trial under way against him on 25 April.

The detention centre at The Hague is located since March 2021.

According to Special “The allegations Shala was conducted approximately between May 17th 1999 and June 5, 1999 against persons detained at the metal factory in Kukes (Albania), allegedly used by the Kosovo Liberation Army”.
