Joseph: Kurt was convicted of being uncoordinated, not that he had a right to act in the north

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is right in extending sovereignty throughout the country, but his condemnation by Western allies came due to ignoring the need for co-ordination of actions in the north, American professor Edward Joseph has said. Joseph even further carried his claim, that the US reacted harshly to Kosovo, since the Kosovo side is the smallest side where the American administration has influence compared it to the impact on the Serbian side.
“It is their right to establish control in the northern part of the country, but the United States of America, its European partners and NATO allies want Kosovo to continue with careful and co-ordinated actions, and this is Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, did not, respected this need for co-ordination, why it is in its right. And, therefore, harsh criticism from the United States”, Joseph said speaking at Al Jazeera.
Furthermore, Joseph again seized his past thesis, that the whole solution to the problem of normalising relations lies in the recognition of four non-recognitional NATO and five EU states. That, he said, gives “leve<x1 strong Vuciki.
The problem is not to any ancient hatred between Albanians and Serbs, but within the European Union itself, where five states do not recognise Kosovo. This gives the whole leverage to Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq. He's overturning this agreement that has been reached in March; which is of the form of recognition that he does not want to implement. There are concerns about the transition. So we also saw this direct statement by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, where he criticised Kosovo. But, the problem here is the lack of any leverage on Vucikit”, he said, among other things.
Even yesterday, I saw US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's own reaction to the forced entry into municipal facilities in Leposaviq, Zubin Potok and Zvecan from Kosovo authorities despite QUINTei's advice and request in the debate was included by American professor and expert Edward Joseph.
The question is that two things can be true”, Joseph wrote in a series of tweets on Twitter. “Vuciq can be evil and the irresponsible Kurt”.
However, Joseph did not go unpunished even the US itself, for which he said the stance “without balancing” between Belgrade and Pristina “is no longer sustainable”.
4 Instead: Serbian violence; rowing lead for Vucic as he flowers for, for example, staffers held most serial protesters. Send cars to board; boost kkrbs-as-victims; more talk about terrorists. Association IAW Kosovo Constitution forgot.

“in haste to condemn the US sentence that made Kosovo's action in the north, a question is being overlooked: what if someone is killed either Serbian or Albanian? I remember well in 2011, when Pristina's uncoordinated actions in the north left a special police officer killed”, Joseph wrote.
“Score: a. Tragedy for the officer's family killed by the Serbian killer. b. The charged atmosphere; depresive prohibited by former Interior Minister Bajram Rexhepi. Months of Serbian barricades and more Serb violence, and wounding KFOR soldiers”
