Republic of Kosovo Special Prosecutor Habibe Salihu, based on evidence and evidence collected, charges accused C. A (Č.A), with the criminal act of performing “crimes against the civilian population”.
RTK has secured the indictment under which, in January-May 1999, by interacting with a group of (still unidentified) people, organised in police, paramilitary and military uniforms, this person has deliberately violated the rules of international law against civilian persons.
According to the indictment C. A (Č.A), on January 15, 1999, in the village of Recak, has caused great suffering, or violation of body integrity or health, intimidation of the civilian population, murder and order for displacement of the civilian population.
In the indictment, it writes that the same, early in April 1999, in co-operation with other criminal persons at the “issue of the Gystenja Framework” located in the section between the entry and the Millacles, Recak and Petrova villages, along with other members of Serb forces, had originally ordered the expulsion of residents.
Thereafter, he has shared in burning the homes of the R brothers. J, S. J, R.J. and H.J.
According to the indictment, the same indictee with May 13th and May 14, 1999, in the country called “The Lugu of Nash” in the village of Petrova Shtime, in collaboration with persons dressed in Serbian police and paramilitary uniforms, have committed expulsions, murder and intimidation of the Albanian civilian population.
He is charged with the murder of H.H., sheltered in the mountain along with other members of his family, as forcibly expelled from the Serbian paramilitary army.
Also, C. A (Č.A), charged with being charged on 15 January 1999 in the village of Recak of Shtime, in co-operation, has taken part in killing Albanian civilian persons who have not been directly involved in the conflict or war.
Thus, according to the indictment, he has directly participated in the murder of Albanians H. B, H.M., S.M., A.M., S.M., S.H. and H.M.
The entire event is described in the indictment, when the accused has killed Albanian civilians even in the vicinity.
