Hüvenier asked for chief tech, Conjufca: The role of mayors is constitutionally defined

The role of mayors of municipalities is defined with their constitutions and responsibilities. I don't think they should have any less, no more. Less would be illegal and would be compromise with our constitutional framework, with which we function. More than that, it would be a robbery of competencies, so we are a democratic state and we're pretending to function by constitution, rules and laws that society has agreed with. Perhaps the ambassador and others have thought that it might be problematic to exercise a position of full competence. But we will do our best to make everyone realize that we are living in a democratic state. The invitation was too long open for the Serbian List and for Serbian parties to participate in the elections. Now here if there is another alternative project to challenge Kosovo, let them show us, but if it is to participate in elections and govern the institutions of Kosovo, it can only happen in a way when citizens vote in a democratic manner, not by violence, not by parallel structures, not by command and correction from Belgrade. Kosovo institutions are not led that way, they are headed when they exit the election, when recorded by the CEC by the political party, when representatives come out and demand the vote and citizens trust the mandate.
