Hoti: Kosovo has proved victorious by following Allied councils, not by confronting them

Hoti through a Facebook post, has said that Kosovo has won by following Allied councils and not by confronting them.

Among other things, Hoti has said that Kosovo has no benefit from actions that seem right, but it harms our long-term goal, as is EU and NATO integration, as well as permanent friendship with the US.
