Havenier: Forming Association is an urgent task for Kosovo

Hovenier said that association is an essential element in the agreement for normalising relations with Belgrade and that it must be implemented as such to ensure membership in European and Euro-Atlantic structures, Houvenier said.

In 2013, Kosovo pledged to establish the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
