The Special Court has already appointed the panel of judges, which consists of; Ektarina Trendafilova, Christine van den Wyngaet and Daniel Fransen.
The request for protection of legitimacy by Nasim Haraidna was submitted on May 2nd 2023, while Hysni Gucati's was submitted on May 3, 2023.
Three months ago, Specialised Chambers have reduced the 3-month sentence for Hysni Gucatin and Nasim Haradinaj.
Unlike the four and a half years they were sentenced to the first trial, they will now serve four years and three months in prison. Their sentence will remove the time of stay in custody.
The head of the appeals court, Michele Picard, made that known. /Insider
