The witness announced that while he was walking in the woods, he encountered a man hung by rope. At the scene, the respective units --” -- have appeared in the police.
According to police, at the prosecutor's decision, the lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation.
Police say the case is being investigated.
