“I have no knowledge of such drafts, but once again I am saying, Kosovo is a party to this process, except that equal and active by contributing to each meeting, through its proposals, which have never been missed and will continue to be this”, he said.
Kryeziu stressed that it is important at this time to discuss the vision presented by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti during the meeting in Brussels.
The important thing at the moment is to discuss that more Prime Minister Kurti's vision. So public discussion, treatment, maybe even criticism. But it must always be considered that it is built within the pillars which preserve constitutionality, so by respecting the Constitution and the Constitutional Court's decision, the legacy of the process referring to Mogherin's letter and the US's inclusion, on the basis of their recently artificated stance”, Kryeziu said in Tv1.
Otherwise after meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said he too has proposed a TV-vision framework, which he says he believes will be treated with seriousness by mediators.
The document refers to the 7th point of the Ohrid Agreement, and starts with what should be in line with the Kosovo Constitution.
The implementation of Article 7 of the Constitutional Agreement, concerning Article 10, should be in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo (and the accompanying decision by the Constitutional Court of December 23rd 2015), the letter-Gracion of former High Representative Moghrin to Kosovo Prime Minister (August 24th 2015), and the position of the United States Government (Chollet/ Escobar's statement, January 30, 2023. To fulfill this ambition, a draft status needs to be able to meet, among other things, the following quantum criteria, include these elements, respectively. It will stem from the authorisations of the Council of Europe conventions, the” Framework Convention, respectively, Kurti said.
For this document, Kurti has said he has taken the model of the Serbia-Croatia agreement by example. According to the prime minister, this document is valid, referring to universal concepts of human rights and freedoms.
