Gervala, through a Facebook post, said Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor with the publication of this indictment after four months, is trying to bring mud on the country's institutions.
The prosecutor has chosen today to publish the fact that, in January 4 months ago, he has filed a lawsuit against me for “a non-definition of property”. What a coincidence! In fact, the matter has been clarified definitely two years ago - 2021. Now it has been currentised by certain prosecutors, during repeated efforts to bring down and incriminate representatives of republic institutions and thus serve political campaigns rather than the establishment of justice”, wrote Gervala on Facebook.
Gervalla said he hopes the court will judge based on objective facts and not the individual interests of those who, according to her, want blackmail and threats to come to the helm of justice institutions.
