Konrad, among other things, said that agreements have been reached for association, for which Germany is in favour of foundation, writes Tanjug, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
“We are intensively fearing that the Serb Major Community will be implemented extremely quickly and an important signal has been given in that sense. Now we're at a stage we can talk concretely and realistically because I think this is important”, Conrad said.
