The extraction of two tourists in Valbonne was done with the help of experts from Kosovo

The bodies of two tourists who lost their lives in Albania's Valbonne Qafa were removed after about 11 hours by the announcement of their collapse. This was achieved only after the intervention of Kosovo's Mountain Peace Research Team, at the request of Bajram Currie's police. According to this service, troop extraction operation has begun [...]
According to this service, troop extraction operation started at 4: 00 a.m. on Tuesday and ended at 3: 00 a.m. Wednesday.
Police forces from Bajram Currie's police have also participated in the operation (the combined area where the heavy event took place), but residents of the area as well.
The fog and snow in this high mountain area made it impossible to take out the bodies of two tourist girls, one from France and the other from Belgium.
The two foreign tourists have been crossing the northern Theth-Valbone trail when they slipped because of frozen snow. They have been with two other people who have escaped with only minor injuries.
It is also taught that the group of four tourists has not been associated with tourist guideships or with others who might know the area, both for beauty and its risk, because of broken terrain.
There has not been any reaction to this event by authorities in Albania, while the Kosovo Mountain Peace Research Service has called on all domestic or foreign tourists to avoid passing the Valbone-Theth path, as it is closed but very dangerous at the moment.
This service has also directed a call to authorities in Albania to place warning signs of danger or of the closed path in the area.
A year ago a German tourist lost his life in this area.
In the meantime, for two days a Dutch tourist has been missing, who was swept away from the Osum River, into the canons of Scrapar. Although the pollubards did research, the 68-year-old Dutch man who was accompanied by his wife could not be found.
