Conjufca: A week ago I called for the dismissal of the Association management team.

Konjufca, after the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship, said the management team for the drafting of the Serb majority municipalities in Brussels presented the interests of the Republic of Serbia instead of the Republic of Kosovo.

“As far as discussions in Brussels are concerned, everything was expected regarding what happened. So the management team, which was deployed by the previous governments of Kosovo, had a truly shocking attitude for us. Since he introduced the interests of the Republic of Serbia, not the interests of the Republic of Kosovo. So, you're seeing for yourself what management teams and what institutions have established previous governments. Officials who absolutely have no relation to the interests of Kosovo, even one of them, have been placed behind becoming deputy in the Parliament of Serbia and was deputy of Aleksandar Vucinqi's party. So we had nothing else to expect from this managing team. This management team introduced a draftt who is a Republika Srpska within Kosovo. This is obviously unacceptable to our government, to our institutions. Everything will be in accordance with the Constitution of Kosovo, any solution given to them beyond the framework of the Constitution is invalid, and I like it very much and I'm ahead of this government act to dismiss the management team, because a group -- a team representing the interests of Aleksandar Vucic, not the interests of our people -- has nothing to look into official positions and there is no way of representing the people and citizens of Kosovo. They represented Serbia yesterday, I have been calling a week ago for this team to be dismissed”, Konjufca said.

On Wednesday, Elbert Krasniqi, the Minister of the Education of Local Powers in Kosovo, has made a decision to relieve members of the management team.

Konjufca has said it was not surprising that the people appointed by Rakiqi's “Vuccikiqi created a statute to destroy the Republic of Kosovo and its unitary post”.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, as I saw and presented a vision of what those red lines are, what is the horizon of a potential association in Kosovo, it would be fully in line with our Constitution. But, I am convinced that according to our Constitution, this is not something that is acceptable to Serbia, so I consider that positions are very distant, positions are incompatible between the parties. So I don't expect at all to have a quick agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, and that cannot happen precisely because of the political direction Serbia has today. It is entirely within the political coordinates of fascist nationalism that Serbia has since Milosevic's time since the 1990s. There is no regret over the crimes she committed in Kosovo. So I do not expect any approach to these positions, we will continue this direction to protect Kosovo's interests. Without changing Serbia to me, it does not seem like there can be an agreement in a short timeline”, Konjufca said.
