Speaking of the guarantor letter of the former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security, Federica Moghrini, sent to former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, that the association will not represent the third level of power in Kosovo, Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has announced. He said that letter is helping Kosovo today. He made that statement during an interview at RTV21.

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has criticised the European Union's emissar for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, saying he is not impartial.

“Lacak seems to me in the way he conceives negotiations is like talking to two states that have not defined the statute. It needs to be clear that Kosovo has long defined the statute. On the other hand, Konjufca has said that Kosovo is not a federal state and will never be.
