The American singer, Richie Torres, has remained disappointed by his State Secretary Antony Blinken, who condemned the Kosovo institutions' action for yesterday's events in the north.
He said Kosovo is a US ally and that it was among the first countries to accept Afghan refugees when it took the US.
Kosovo is a staunch ally of the US. When the United States needed places to accept Afghan refugees, Kosovo was first and among the few that were admitted. It is disappointing for me and for my Albanian voters to see Secretary Blinken publicly attack a US ally”, he has written, re-uniting Blinken's statement.

Secretary Blinken yesterday condemned Kosovo's actions, also calling on Prime Minister Albin Kurti to stop those measures immediately.
“We strongly want the actions of the Government of Kosovo that are escalating tensions in the north and increasing instability. We call on Prime Minister Albin Kurti to stop these violent measures immediately and to refocus on the EU facilitated dialogue”, Blinken wrote yesterday.
