At this announced meeting, Haxhiu discussed the importance this inter-institutional co-operation has separately under reform in justice.
Haxhiu validated this first meeting, which will have a high work dynamic for which results are expected within the set deadlines.
The meeting was intended to lead and agree on the optimum deadlines and start the work.
Minister Haxhiu also praised the support of international partners in the initiative, such as the EU, OPDAT, INL, USAID, KiE, the British Embassy, the OSCE, EUKOJUST, EULEX, as well as announced the involvement of civil society in this reform, under the deadlines in the early stages.
Also deputy leaders from the KPS and KKP, Qrim Ademij and Veton Sabani, respectively, expressed full readiness for continued commitment to the whole process.
Part of this reform initiative will be six working groups. This reform is part of commitments stemming from the joint declaration of allegiance signed by the Ministry of Justice, the Kosovo Judiciary Council, the Prosecutorial Council, the Supreme Court and the State Prosecutor's Office.
