Justice organs have confirmed this month that citizens who have paid for 18 years the current spent by residents in the north of the country will be compensated for the means, but as well as when this dok has become clear.
During 2022 alone, more than 63m euros have been spent on electricity in the four Serb majority municipalities in northern Kosovo, which according to economic connoisseurs has affected the country's economy.
If the Government wants to be unselfish towards the north, it needs to separate the means from the budget but not charge the citizen's bill. KEK or KEDS can easily get their money back. It's just that it's going to take retrocratics to downplay what they've spent. Otherwise if citizens think with those demand manipulations, they can't make demands because it's something very charged”, said Mustafe Kadrijaj, an expert on the economy.
But energy connoisseur Hamdi Malushaj estimates that when the state wallet is touched, the citizen's pocket is also directly affected.
Or should I carry citizens as a burden through the wallet or through the state budget which is still citizen's wallet. If the Kosovo state budget compensates the citizen again it is the same. If there's another fund Serbia is paying was to ask for compensation, if that's not what I do not believe the state budget is the wallet of whom other than ours, Malushaj said.
Kosovo and Serbia, under the dialogue mediated by the European Union, have reached an energy agreement in 2013 aimed at regulating the issue of electricity supply and destiny in four municipalities in the north, but this agreement has not yet been implemented. /21Media
