The leaders of both countries, Kurti and Vuciq, have already confirmed their participation at the May 2nd meeting.
The meeting will take place at the time when Kosovo has accused Serbia of violating the agreement towards normalising the reports, reached earlier this month.
Serbia has voted against Kosovo membership in the Council of Europe, despite the agreement on normalisation that it has pledged it will not prevent Pristina from membership in international organisations.
