Borrell met with Prime Minister Albin Kurti on Wednesday in Bratislava, along with the emissar for Kosovo dialogue Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak.
Borrell has said that solutions are needed through dialogue to return to implement the agreement reached in Ohrid.
I met Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Bratislava to discuss tensions in northern Kosovo. The current situation is dangerous and unstable. We need urgent escalation and a solution through dialogue to return to our work on implementing the Agreement reached”, Borrell wrote on Twitter.
