This reaction of Bislim came after tensions in the country's north, citizens' protests, gun shootings and the use of shocks. Bislimi has declared that the mayors can exercise their own consciences from the municipal states.
The mayors of the Leposaviqi municipalities, Zubin Potok and Zvecan, who swore yesterday, have legal obligation to start working immediately. Public institutions have the obligation to ensure the same conditions to exercise their duties and consciences. As mayors, they can exercise their own consciences by municipal laws. Coming up by vote, they can also be written to vote. Citizen elected as a rule rarely represents each citizen's support. But that doesn't mean that unhappy citizens can block the movement of elected to their jobs. A practice like that would easily lead very easily to an absurd situation where neither the mayor, nor could the municipality exercise the duties received”, he wrote.
In addition, Bislimi has invited citizens to give time to the mayors, while the latter have congratulated them on duties and responsibilities.
And I invite the citizens to give the recruits time to show that in a moment they stand behind the promises of making and principles to one government directly, efficiently, transparent, and to strengthen citizens.
Security mechanisms I invite them to do their best to ensure citizens' safety and a quiet environment for everyone.
