President Begaj introduced former American diplomats to reforms and steps taken to consolidate democratic institutions and the rule of law.
President Begaj particularly stopped in Albania's contribution to peace, stability and the building of the good neighbourly spirit in the region, underlining the support Tirana gives the formal dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia as the only alternative to reaching an internationally binding agreement, with the centre of mutual recognition of them.
