Anti-unconstitutional” Bill for the Sovereign Fund of the Republic of Kosovo”

After several months of cutting off the single infrastructure project tape “The Staradran Bridge”, the Government is now talking about the Sovereign Fund.

Today I read the Bill on the Sovereign Fund in public consultation. I have many remarks, many questions, many comments, but above all, I am sincerely sorry for LVV's governing thinking and the damage they are doing to the country.

Attempted to catch everything, ignoring any procedure, any law, even by law to pass the Constitution, that's just the LVV government.

So. This Fund has to develop “X1>, bypassing all laws in force. That's why Fond, his board and his organs, will be named by the Government. LVV, there is no such thing as a procurement law... tender with direct dosta/negotiation, no need for accounting, financial reporting, no labour law, just to be good enough for power.
