Bajrami via script on “Facebook” says the A5 block for about months has been out of office, while commenting on the arrest of former KEK chief Nagip Krasniqi.
“State is saying all the reason because KEK has had a positive financial outcome, and militants are saying it's all right, and the prosecution has agreed and we have had problems of this nature in”, Bajrami wrote.

A5 block for about 10 months has been out of order. KEK's director is in custody for just one tender involving the renovation of the A5 bloc and other tenders.
According to KEK representatives, the contract was cut off without doing any work and no payments were paid. POR now as if by magic the A5 has returned to function.
How so?
More Z The RRE condemned KEK 3.2m euros because KEK had imported energy from an unlicensed company.
Power is all being argued because KEK has had a positive financial outcome, and militants are saying it's all right. It's only the Prosecutor's to have agreed and screeched had problems of this nature anymore.
