Kosovo's now independent MP, Hakki Abazi, commented on his decision to expel him from the Parliamentary Group of the Vetevendosje Movement.
Criticising the ruling party for lack of democratic space or debate, Abazi said the decision to exclude him from the LVV or from the position of the chairman of the Commission for Foreign Affairs, “is not determined by which party or institutional instance has been taken”.
However, he says he is not surprised at such a decision. He says he devalred and devalated the democratic debate within the LVV.
Ahaz also spoke of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Following recent developments in Brussels and seeing the situation in the north, he says the government chief is thinking every day about how it will come to new parliamentary elections.
I think as far as I know Mr. Kurti, the prime minister. He's thinking every day about how to get to the new elections. Of course, victimisation has brought results in the past, of course it has attempted me to be one of those who before the citizens to become the address of the government's crash”, he said on Wednesday evening in Tv1.
I'm never going to do that, because I don't think it's an MP's issue, but it's going back to political sincerity”
The Parliamentary Group of Vetevendosje Movement has decided yesterday on the exclusion of Hakki Abbas.
The group's chairman, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has said they have unanimously decided on his expulsion and, as a result, the seating in the Kosovo Assembly is changed to him.
Ahaz, has claimed it came days after Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq named it in Serbia's Parliament.
“A week after Vuciq mentioned my name twice in the Serbian parliament, an arbitrary decision came, indecisive in any party instance”, he said in Tv1
Ahaz has further declared that Prime Minister Kurti has prejudiced against others you may have a different or critical opinion at LVV.
“This will be the common denominator of what's been going on. ... Prime Minister Kurti seems to have extreme bias towards anyone that might have clear, different opinion or critical opinion within the Vetevendosje Movement. This has been tested in determining candidates for mayors, domestic elections, etc.”, MP Abazi said.
