(3 years ago)The Kosovo Journalists' Association has reacted to recent cases, where journalists have become the target of several photos of statements. Several photo-montages of journalists, Berat Buzhala, Bekim Kabashi and Gurim Hamidi have circulated on social networks. <x)
Several photo-montages of journalists, Berat Buzhala, Bekim Kabashi and Gurim Hamidi have circulated on social networks.
“Berat Buzhala, Bekim Kabashi and Gurim Hamidi, have become the target of photo-montes, which are being distributed on social networks this afternoon. Buzhala's photo-montage has been created in that form that seems to be Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has restored a Buzhala tweet, saying he is one of the best Kosovo journalists. While Kabashi and Hamid, Serbia's flags have been placed on their foreheads with inscriptions: “Vuciqit”, as well as “Bravo brother” ( alluding that it is addressing Serbian President two journalists)”, the AGK's reaction is said.
On the other hand, the Journalists' Association has said that such a campaign is very dangerous and puts both journalists and their families on the line of online attacks.
